Sticks & Stones collaborated with talent, producers and crew to document the process of creating dishes in real time, as well as capturing the feel and texture of the profiled restaurants and cities. Josh provided both his photography direction and support camera skills as part of this efficient production team. Ready to adapt to any role, he found the right shots needed to tell the story of the restaurants and the hard working people running them.
